I got rid of all my ugly sweaters, because – they were ugly. I kept a glitzy vest and an appliquéd shirt for St. Patrick’s Day though. Not ugly, just a little gaudy. Ugly sweaters seemed to reach their pinnacle in the 90’s, so they had big shoulder pads. If you take those out, the shoulders are too large.I wear regular clothes in colors related to some holidays. Or a bit of jewelry related to a holiday. No ugly sweaters. And I suggest that unless you already own them, don’t buy them. Settle for socks or a headband if you just have to do it.
